Store Policies

  • There is a no-refund policy in place but should anything happen with your order (i.e. damaged during shipping, quality issues etc), please contact us at We are always willing to work with a customer to find a solution for all parties involved.
  • Please double check your shipping address PRIOR to shipping your order. If the package is returned to us for an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the fees associated with re-shipping the package. We will not refund your order for this reason.
  • Estimated ship dates are always seen at the top of our home page.  The general turn around time is 3-5 business days and that increases to 10 business days during collab sales. Contacting us for an update will only slow down our production process and therefore delay when your item actual gets packaged and shipped :)
  • All orders in the USA are shipped via USPS and will be delivered an estimated 3-8 business days after being accepted by USPS. This does not include weekend and holidays and once shipped, control of the package is out of our hands. Of course if you have any issues receiving your package, please notify us and we'd be glad to do what we can to help.
  • International orders to Canada and the UK will be shipped via USPS international and can take 7-14 business days to arrive after it has been shipped.
  • If you live in another country and would like the receive goods from our shop, please send us a message and we'll be happy to provide you with a custom shipping quote.
